Senior Paraplanner

We are working with a proudly independent Chartered Financial Planning firm based in South Bristol, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join their established Adviser Support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a career Paraplanner who enjoys the technical side of financial planning and wants to work within a genuinely holistic and independent business.
The successful candidate will be Diploma-qualified as a minimum and have strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, taxation and estate planning.
The Role
You’ll provide high-level paraplanning support to advisers, working on complex cases and producing technically robust, high-quality suitability reports. The role will involve:
- Complex technical research and analysis
- Pensions, investments, tax and estate planning
- Suitability reports and client valuations
- Detailed tax calculations
- Investment and pension research
- Pre-approval file reviews
- Supporting advisers and acting as a technical resource across the wider business
