This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing wealth management business in Wakefield as an IFA Administrator, supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

This role offers a blend of technical administration, client interaction and case management, with the flexibility of hybrid working and a clear pathway to develop your skills within a supportive team.

As part of the adviser support team, you’ll be at the heart of the client journey — preparing documentation, progressing cases, liaising with providers and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Preparing client packs, valuations, illustrations and suitability documentation

  • Processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals and policy servicing

  • Maintaining accurate client records across CRM and provider platforms

  • Liaising with clients, advisers, product providers and third parties

  • Managing workflows and ensuring cases progress efficiently

  • Handling incoming calls, emails and client enquiries professionally

  • Supporting advisers with compliance and regulatory documentation

  • Assisting with diary management, meeting preparation and follow?up actions

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in IFA administration or wider financial services

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a professional approach

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/back?office systems

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Knowledge of FCA processes (desirable but not essential)

  • A proactive, supportive team player
