What You’ll Be Doing

Critical yield calculations

Writing suitability letters

Processing pension transfers

Using an AI powered workflow platform to manage pension transfer and technical tasks

Providing technical support to advisers across a busy, collaborative practice
What We’re Looking For

1–2 years’ paraplanning experience

Confident with technical calculations and suitability writing

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach

Someone who enjoys working both independently and within a supportive team
Hybrid Working

1–3 days per week in the office (flexible once trained)
