An established Financial Planning firm in Bristol is looking to hire an experienced Administrator to support its team, following planned team growth.
This is a fully office-based role with free parking, offering exposure to a broad range of platforms and products, long-term stability, and optional study support. Flexility can be provided around hours!
The Role
• New business processing
• Investments, disinvestments, ISAs & income drawdown
• Money on/off platforms
• Liaison with providers and clients
• Maintaining accurate client records
What They’re Looking For
• 2+ years’ experience in financial services administration
• Experience using at least one investment platform (e.g. AJ Bell, Quilter, Standard Life, HL, Aegon)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Adviser support experience not required
• Qualifications not essential
Package
• Salary up to £32,000
• Free on-site parking
• Pension, death-in-service & income protection
• 25 days holiday (pro rata)
