Remote Paraplanner – up to £45,000
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning business. This is a fully remote role supporting a team of Financial Planners, either within a dedicated office structure or a centralised paraplanning function.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support, research, suitability reports, and client recommendations, helping advisers provide an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning.
- Conduct technical research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations.
- Review and analyse existing client arrangements.
- Liaise with Financial Planners, administrators, and providers to obtain information and progress cases.
- Ensure all recommendations meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Support advisers with complex client cases and technical queries.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
About You
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) preferred.
- Previous paraplanning experience within an independent financial advice or wealth management environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection.
- Experience producing suitability reports and conducting research independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills.
- Comfortable working remotely within a collaborative team environment.
- Experience within a pooled paraplanning structure would be advantageous.
