About the Role
We are working with a well-established and growing financial planning firm looking to add an experienced Paraplanner to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technical financial planning work and wants to be part of a collaborative, client-focused environment.
You’ll work closely with Financial Advisers and support staff to deliver high-quality financial planning solutions and maintain excellent client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing suitability reports and recommendation letters
- Conducting research across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
- Analysing client information and existing arrangements
- Assisting advisers with complex case preparation and technical queries
- Preparing cashflow modelling where required
- Liaising with providers and obtaining plan information
- Ensuring all work meets FCA and compliance standards
- Supporting advisers with annual reviews and ongoing servicing
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
About You
- Previous experience working as a Paraplanner within financial planning
- Diploma qualified or working towards Chartered status
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning products
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills
- Experience using financial planning systems such as Intelligent Office, Xplan or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Positive and collaborative approach to teamwork
