Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: Boston Spa
Salary: up to £32,000 DOE

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused IFA Administrator to join our growing financial planning team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with financial advisers, support a large client base, and develop your career within a professional and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to financial advisers.

  • Prepare and process client documentation, including account openings, withdrawals, and transfers.

  • Ensure client files are accurate, up to date, and compliant with FCA regulations.

  • Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams to resolve queries promptly.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, valuations, and review documentation.

  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial services administration or similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and client confidentiality.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team.
