An established and growing independent financial advisory firm based in Bristol is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. This is a strong opportunity to become part of a respected business that places a high value on technical quality, client outcomes, and long-term development.
The Role
You will work closely with advisers to deliver high-quality, compliant financial planning support. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed suitability reports and client documentation
- Conducting technical research to support financial planning recommendations
- Working collaboratively with advisers to ensure positive client outcomes
- Supporting improvements to internal processes and efficiencies
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
The Candidate
- Previous experience in a paraplanning or technical financial services role
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative and team-focused approach
- Proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Interest in developing broader technical or compliance exposure is beneficial
