IFA Administrator Team Lead
Salary: Up to £33,000
We are currently recruiting for a Client Support Team Leader to join a growing financial planning business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial services professional to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on within a supportive team environment.
The role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the client support function, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to both clients and advisers. You will also play a key role in managing workflow, supporting team members, and acting as a point of escalation for more complex queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the client support/administration team
- Allocate and manage workloads across the team
- Support advisers with client servicing and administrative tasks
- Act as a key point of contact for complex client queries
- Ensure service levels and compliance standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Financial Services / Wealth Management
- Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
