Paraplanner – Hull Office
Salary: up to £45,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) Location: Hull
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Paraplanners to join a growing team in Hull. With strong growth plans and clear goals, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive environment where your skills and career development will be valued.
The firm currently has four paraplanners and is looking to expand to six, strengthening one-to-one relationships and enhancing client support. A senior paraplanner is already in place to provide guidance and leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to advisers, including research, report writing, and suitability letters.

Assist with the preparation of client review packs and documentation.

Ensure compliance standards are met across all work.

Contribute to the smooth running of the advice process and client journey.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of service.
Salary & Progression

Pay increases offered for progression to Diploma

Support provided for progression toward Chartered status
Candidate Profile

Preferably experienced candidates with strong technical knowledge

Diploma qualified or working towards further exams
