Location: Grimsby (with occasional flexibility to work from Beverley office) Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH, though this role requires more office presence) Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonuses
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to take on a supervisory/office manager position within a well?established financial planning firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, can drive high standards, and has strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office (iO).
You will oversee a team of 14 administrators, ensuring processes run smoothly, compliance standards are met, and the team delivers exceptional support to advisers and clients. This is a hands?on leadership role with a strong operational focus.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support a team of 14 administrators, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight

Ensure all administrative processes meet compliance, SLA, and quality standards

Act as the main point of escalation for complex cases and workflow issues

Maintain and improve operational processes within Intelligent Office (iO)

Support advisers with new business processing, client reviews, valuations, and documentation

Liaise with providers to ensure cases progress efficiently

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture and drive continuous improvement
About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning administration

Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office (iO)

Confident supervising or mentoring others, or ready to step into a leadership role

Highly organised, detail?focused, and able to manage competing priorities
