Senior IFA Administrator
Location: Grimsby
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + Benefits and Bonuses
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a growing financial planning team. This role supports advisers across the full client lifecycle and requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and confidence using Intelligent Office (iO).
You’ll be joining a supportive team environment with clear processes, strong adviser relationships, and opportunities to contribute to ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Process new and existing business across pensions, investments, and protection

Prepare valuation reports, review packs, and client documentation

Manage Letters of Authority and obtain policy information from providers

Maintain accurate client records within Intelligent Office (iO)

Liaise with advisers, paraplanners, and providers to ensure smooth case progression

Support compliance and ensure all work meets regulatory standards

Assist with workflow management and contribute to team efficiency
About You

At least 5 years’ experience in an IFA/financial planning admin role

Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office (iO)

Confident handling end?to?end administrative processes

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast?paced environment
