Salary: Negotiable | OTE – £120k+ (Depending on AUM & Experience)

Are you a highly qualified and experienced Independent Financial Advisor / Planner / IFA with a strong client bank and a passion for strategic, long-term wealth management? A growing, independent wealth management firm based in Winchester, Hampshire is looking for a senior-level IFA / Financial Planner / Wealth Manager to join their team in a pivotal role.
The Opportunity:
This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a strong UK and international client base. The business is focused on organic growth and is seeking a senior adviser to help lead its UK wealth management expansion.
You’ll be working directly with the majority shareholder, with a clear path to becoming Head of Financial Planning in the coming years. This is a long-term, strategic hire for someone who wants to shape the future of the business.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Level 4 qualified (Level 6 / Chartered / CIIM preferred)
- £10M+ AUM client bank (unrestricted and fully documented)
- Proven experience in financial planning, investment strategy, pension consolidation, and estate planning
- Comfortable working in a small, tech-enabled, self-sufficient environment
- Strong professional mindset and ability to hit the ground running
- Experience with discretionary advice and portfolio management is highly desirable
