About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organised IFA Administrator to join our growing financial planning team. You will provide essential support to advisers and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, contributing to high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support financial advisers with administrative tasks

  • Prepare and maintain client files and documentation

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and processing new business

  • Manage internal systems and workflow to ensure deadlines are met

  • Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams as required

  • Support compliance and operational processes as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an IFA, financial services, or administrative role preferred

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with financial services platforms is advantageous
