About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organised IFA Administrator to join our growing financial planning team. You will provide essential support to advisers and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, contributing to high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Support financial advisers with administrative tasks

Prepare and maintain client files and documentation

Assist with onboarding new clients and processing new business

Manage internal systems and workflow to ensure deadlines are met

Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams as required

Support compliance and operational processes as needed
Requirements:

Previous experience in an IFA, financial services, or administrative role preferred

Strong organisational and time management skills

Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with financial services platforms is advantageous
