IFA Administrator (Technical)

A well-established and growing financial planning firm is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join its collaborative and high-performing support team.
The business has built a strong reputation for delivering tailored financial advice to private clients and business owners, with a clear focus on quality service and long-term client relationships.
The Role
Working as part of the client services team, you will provide essential administrative and technical support to Paraplanners and Advisers, including:
- Managing client and provider correspondence
- Submitting new business and processing applications
- Supporting annual client reviews
- Preparing documentation for client meetings
- Maintaining accurate client records and systems
- Assisting with investment reporting (full training provided)
About You
- Minimum 3 years experience within an IFA or financial planning firm
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, or insurance
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications such as RO1, CF1 or equivalent are desirable but not essential.

Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (fully office-based)
