Financial Adviser – Reading | Employed Role | £65,000–£75,000 + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a growing and acquisitive financial planning group with a strong presence across the UK.
With multiple advisers operating under a group structure and a centralised administration hub, the business is continuing to expand through the acquisition of retiring IFA firms, creating a steady flow of clients and long-term growth opportunities. As part of this strategy, they are looking to strengthen their Reading office with a key hire.

The Role
- Support and develop the existing Reading office and client relationships
- Take ownership of ongoing client servicing and review work
- Convert internal opportunities and referrals into new business
- Provide holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning and protection
- Contribute to the long-term growth of the office as part of a collaborative team
About You
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (CAS preferred)
- Experienced Financial Adviser with a strong private client background
- Excellent relationship management skills and professional client approach
- Well-rounded technical knowledge across core financial planning areas
- Based in or within a commutable distance of Reading / Thames Valley
- Team-oriented, collaborative and commercially minded
