Employed Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Working Pattern: Office?based (5 days per week – non?negotiable, all client meetings are in the office)
Salary: Highly competitive basic – up to £70,000 for the right candidate
Bonus: Annual bonus (25%) paid annually, 3.5x validation

We are working with a highly regarded, long?established Independent Financial Advice firm based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, who are now looking to appoint an Employed Independent Financial Adviser as part of their continued, controlled growth.
This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, highly profitable IFA practice with an established client base, excellent infrastructure, and a very strong local reputation. The firm is not sales?driven and places genuine value on long?term client relationships and recurring income.
The Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth and increasing client demand, the firm is looking to add an experienced adviser who can take on existing clients, support succession planning, and hit the ground running.
You will:
- Be gradually allocated an existing client bank
- Focus on client?facing advisory work, with all admin and paraplanning fully supported
- Work within a close?knit office environment where all clients are met face?to?face

This role is ideal for an adviser who enjoys managing and growing an existing client book rather than building one from scratch.
Package & Earnings
- Highly flexible basic salary (up to £70,000 for the right profile) – OTE £100k+
- Validation: 3.5× basic salary
- Annual bonus: 25% of revenue over validation threshold
- Bonus calculated on total income (no distinction between new and recurring business)
- Example:
- At a £50,000 basic salary = £175,000 validation
- £300,000 annual revenue = £31,250 bonus paid annually

Who They’re Looking For
- An experienced, stable IFA (employed background preferred)
- Strong client?facing skills and confidence handling existing HNW/affluent clients
- Someone who values long?term relationships and recurring income
- Comfortable working fully office?based
- Not essential to bring a client bank
