A well?established and highly reputable financial planning firm is seeking a Senior Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner to join their team. This position has been created due to an upcoming maternity leave, offering a rare chance to step into a senior support role while receiving full training and development toward paraplanning.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Adviser Support

Work closely with the Senior Administrator during the handover period.

Step into a senior administrative role supporting an established client base.

Liaise with advisers, clients, and professional connections to gather required information.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
Proposal & Report Preparation

Prepare proposals for new clients, often referred through professional connections.

Assist with assembling suitability reports and supporting documentation.

Support the paraplanning team with research, data gathering, and technical preparation.
Technical & Administrative Duties

Provide a blend of administrative and technical support across the business.

Assist with court protection and legal?related administrative tasks.

Manage a large bank of legacy clients, ensuring ongoing service delivery.

Handle workflow, case tracking, and internal processes to ensure smooth client journeys.
