Homebased (must be commutable to Edinburgh or Glasgow)

They’re now looking for a Paraplanner to join on a part-time basis to become a key part of their collaborative team. You’ll work closely with experienced advisers and support high-value clients, playing an important role in delivering a first-class financial planning service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and review client information; flag any gaps to advisers
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports
  • Research suitable financial products and solutions
  • Obtain quotes and comparisons within deadlines
  • Align investment strategies with client risk profiles
  • Draft recommendation reports for adviser approval
  • Support ongoing client servicing (e.g. withdrawals, fund switches)

About You (Skills & Experience)

  • Diploma in Financial Planning (CII) or equivalent (minimum)
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and paraplanning processes
  • Able to work independently and follow structured processes
  • Good organisation, prioritisation, and multitasking skills
  • Strong IT, report writing, and communication skills
