The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Level 4 Diploma-qualified (or near-qualified) Paraplanner who is looking to transition into a Financial Planner role.
This position is ideal for someone who does not want to remain a career Paraplanner and is seeking a clear, structured pathway into advice within a supportive and well-established financial planning business.
The Role
You will initially join the team in a Paraplanning capacity, supporting advisers while developing your technical and client-facing skills. Over time, you will transition into a Financial Planner position, with full support and mentoring throughout.
Development Pathway
- Minimum of 12 months within a Paraplanning role
- Structured training and mentoring programme
- Gradual introduction to client meetings and responsibilities
- Support with further qualifications
- Clear progression into a Financial Planner role within 1–2 years
About You
- Diploma Level 4 qualified (or close to completion)
- Experience within paraplanning or ready to step into a paraplanning role
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and financial planning
- Clear ambition to progress into a client-facing Financial Planner role
- Willing to be office-based initially to support development and mentoring
