The Opportunity
This position suits someone organised, motivated, and eager to deepen their technical knowledge. You will begin as a Senior Administrator, supporting a high?performing Partner and working within an established support structure. As your skills grow and you progress through your Level 4 Diploma, you will transition into a Trainee Paraplanner role.
Senior Administrator Responsibilities

Deliver high?quality administrative support to a Partner and wider team.

Prepare and process client documentation, valuations, and reports.

Maintain accurate client records and uphold compliance standards.

Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Manage a busy workload with accuracy and professionalism.

Work alongside two experienced administrators within a supportive environment.
Progression to Paraplanner
Once you demonstrate strong technical understanding and are at least halfway through your Level 4 Diploma, you will move into a Trainee Paraplanner position, gaining exposure to:

Suitability report writing and technical research.

Planning analysis and preparation for client meetings.

Mentorship from an experienced Paraplanner who is progressing into an Adviser role.

Deeper knowledge of pensions, investments, tax, and financial planning strategies.
