Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 (Negotiable) + Bonuses
Working Pattern: Onsite initially, with hybrid options once established

As they looks to grow the practice, the firm is now seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join their close-knit team and take on meaningful responsibility.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to step into a highly reputable, boutique advice firm and work directly with some of their long-standing HNW clients. The successful candidate will:
- Take on allocated existing clients
- Build deep, long-term relationships with HNW/UHNW families

- Become a trusted adviser with scope to take more control of business down the line

What They’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is:
Experienced & Self-Sufficient – Confident managing complex HNW client relationships and able to work with autonomy.
High-Quality & Personable – These clients have extremely high expectations; emotional intelligence and professionalism are key.
Professionally Qualified
- Level 4 Diploma minimum
- Chartered status is advantageous but not essential
Ideally Local – Suitable for candidates based in or near Buckinghamshire (e.g., Amersham, Aylesbury, Marlow, Beaconsfield).
Client Book Welcome (Not Essential) – Beneficial but not required – strong referral flow already in place.
Role Requirements
- Provide holistic, independent financial advice to HNW individuals and families
- Manage existing clients passed over as part of succession planning
- Maintain the firm’s standards of exceptional service and relationship depth
- Attend the office initially to integrate with the team; hybrid working available later
- Work collaboratively with the founder and expanding admin/support team
