About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Adviser with a strong track record in client retention and new business. You will work with a high-growth firm with significant acquisitions in the Midlands, managing a range of client portfolios, including complex cases, with full paraplanning support.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and retain clients across a range of portfolios.
- Generate new business to meet or exceed annual targets.
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with paraplanners and administrative support; minimal admin required.
- Work across Manchester and Midlands clients, including those acquired through firm acquisitions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ advisory experience, with exposure to complex client cases.
- Diploma qualified; long-term care knowledge a bonus.
- CAS status preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong record in new business generation and client retention.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
