About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Financial Adviser to join our expanding team. You will work with a supportive team, handling lower-end clients initially and developing your advisory skills, including new business generation and client retention.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advice under supervision, primarily to lower-end client portfolios.
- Manage client relationships and build trust with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with paraplanners; minimal administrative duties required.
- Contribute to new business generation to achieve and exceed targets.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years’ advisory experience; not suitable for trainee level.
- Diploma qualified; long-term care knowledge advantageous.
- CAS status preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong client service, relationship building, and compliance awareness.
