About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our growing financial advisory team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in supporting financial advisors, managing client documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a wealth management or financial planning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to financial advisors, including preparing reports, client correspondence, and meeting packs.
- Maintaining and updating client records and financial planning documentation.
- Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests.
- Assisting with compliance, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
- Supporting onboarding of new clients and ongoing service delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services support role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with financial services software and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
