About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our growing financial advisory team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in supporting financial advisors, managing client documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a wealth management or financial planning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to financial advisors, including preparing reports, client correspondence, and meeting packs.
  • Maintaining and updating client records and financial planning documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests.
  • Assisting with compliance, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
  • Supporting onboarding of new clients and ongoing service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services support role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with financial services software and CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
