KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare client meeting packs, agendas, and portfolio review documents.
- Conduct market research for Protection and Annuity products.
- Prepare cashflow forecasts, annual reviews, and suitability reports.
- Liaise directly with clients to arrange meetings and follow up on correspondence.
- Send suitability reports and forms required to implement business.
- Attend new client meetings as second chair alongside the Financial Planning Director.
- Manage the new business process with clients, keeping the Director updated throughout.
- Gradually take over servicing of existing client bank, under supervision.
ROLE FEATURES
- 1-2-1 mentoring provided by the Financial Planning Director.
- Paraplanning team will support general administration, but the candidate will manage client expectations and the new business process.
- Certified role: candidate will be assessed as Fit and Proper at application.
- Opportunity to achieve competent adviser status (CAS) in approximately 18 months, with full supervision until CAS is achieved.
- Training on systems provided (experience with Intelliflo desirable but not essential).
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex cases and high volumes are essential.
