IFA Administrator
Location: Norwich
Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Start Date: ASAP (Flexible)
Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, supportive and well-established financial planning firm in Norwich. You will work closely with advisers and the operations team to provide high-quality administrative and client support across all areas of investment and pension processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce basic reports and prepare documentation for adviser meetings
- Collate information from clients and providers ahead of adviser meetings
- Work across multiple platform providers to:
- Add expectations for new monies
- Process switches, buys & sells
- Action ad-hoc income requests
- Submit Letters of Authority
- Process new and top-up business, ensuring full compliance and documentation accuracy
- Update the Intelligent Office (IO) back-office system with new business and upload all relevant documents
- Support annual review preparation and produce follow-up review reports
- Handle all investment & pension administration tasks end-to-end
- Provide overflow telephone support when needed
- Support advisers throughout the full advice journey, from meeting preparation through to implementation
- Participate in ad-hoc operational and administrative projects
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in the IFA/wealth management sector (essential)
- Experience working with provider platforms (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Intelliflo Office (IO) is desirable
- Confident with new business processing and investment/pension administration
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Able to work independently with excellent organisational skills
- Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail, time-keeping, and ability to prioritise
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in supporting colleagues and advisers
