Senior Paraplanner
Reading, hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)
Salary up to £55,000, plus bonus
Are you an experienced Senior Paraplanner looking for your next step with a high quality, values led financial planning firm?
We’re supporting a highly regarded financial planning practice in Reading that is looking to appoint a technically strong and ambitious Senior Paraplanner. You’ll work closely with a Senior Adviser managing high-net-worth clients, giving you exposure to complex, interesting cases without the pressure of business development.

The Role will include:
- Review client files, identify planning issues, and liaise with advisers on solutions
- Support and mentoring a junior paraplanner
- Contribute to quality control, process improvement and wider business initiatives

To be considered for the role:
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA / Financial Planning firm
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
- Confident report writer with excellent attention to detail
