Overview
An established Independent Financial Advice firm is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to support Financial Advisers in delivering a high-quality, compliant service to clients. The role involves managing client records, processing new and existing business, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities

Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection

Managing Letters of Authority and obtaining provider information

Preparing documentation for client meetings, including valuations and review packs

Maintaining and updating client records on the back-office system

Liaising with product providers and platforms to obtain information and resolve queries

Supporting advisers with diary management and meeting scheduling

Monitoring pipelines and ensuring cases progress efficiently

Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA compliance requirements

Handling client queries via phone and email in a professional manner
Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning firm

Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products

Experience using a financial services back-office system (e.g. Intelligent Office, Xplan, etc.)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
