The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and technically competent Paraplanner to join our team. This is a client-focused and advisory support role, responsible for preparing suitability reports, conducting research, and ensuring all advice is compliant and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review suitability reports for pensions, investments, ISAs, protection, and other financial products.

Conduct technical research and analysis to support adviser recommendations.

Liaise with clients and advisers to gather information and clarify requirements.

Ensure all recommendations and processes comply with FCA regulations and internal policies.

Support the adviser team with administrative and compliance tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards).

Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, investments, pensions, and protection.

Experience in suitability report writing and cashflow modelling.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

Familiarity with platforms such as XPLAN, Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics, or similar is desirable.
