Financial Planning Administrator

Our client is a well-established independent financial services business looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their close-knit team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous IFA or financial services administration experience who is looking for a stable role within a friendly and supportive business.
The role:
You’ll be supporting the Financial Advisers with the smooth running of their client portfolios and handling the day-to-day administration across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administration support to Financial Advisers
- Preparing client paperwork, reports and documentation
- Processing new business and financial applications
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
- Managing client correspondence and following up outstanding information
- Updating and maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting with reviews and ongoing client servicing
- Processing and monitoring cases from initial submission through to completion
- Assisting with general office administration and supporting the wider team
We’re looking for:
- Previous experience within financial services / financial planning administration
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Someone who can work independently and manage their own workload
- A professional and confident approach when dealing with clients and providers
- Experience with IO, Tellflow, Aegon, Transact or Cofunds would be advantageous
