Are you an experienced Paraplanner or Financial Services professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for supporting advisers to deliver excellent client outcomes?

With a close-knit team of advisers and support staff, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions while developing your technical expertise within a professional and friendly culture.
The successful candidate will work closely with Financial Advisers, carrying out research, preparing suitability reports, and supporting the end-to-end client journey to ensure recommendations are delivered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.
The Role:
- Conduct whole-of-market research to identify suitable financial planning solutions
- Analyse client information and interpret data gathered by Financial Advisers
- Prepare suitability reports and recommendation letters
- Produce quotations and technical illustrations using industry research tools
- Process new business applications and manage cases through to completion
- Obtain outstanding information from providers and clients where required
- Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA and internal compliance requirements
- Keep up to date with product, legislative, and regulatory changes
- Support advisers in delivering an exceptional client experience
The Person:
- Previous Paraplanning or technical support experience within an IFA practice
- Strong understanding of financial planning products and whole-of-market research
- Experience preparing suitability reports and processing new business
- Good knowledge of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and professional approach
- Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards the qualification
