IFA Administrator
We are working with a growing financial planning firm who are looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.

The Role
You will provide end-to-end administrative support to advisers, ensuring a smooth and compliant process from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing new business across pensions, investments, and protection
- Obtaining valuations and preparing client review packs
- Preparing and submitting Letters of Authority and chasing providers
- Producing client documentation and application packs
- Liaising with providers, advisers, and clients to progress cases
- Maintaining accurate records and updating back-office systems
- Supporting ongoing servicing and client reviews
Requirements
- Previous experience within an IFA / financial planning environment
- Strong understanding of financial services administration processes
- Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) or Xplan is essential
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills
