IFA Administrator – Wealth Management
We are currently working with a reputable Wealth Management firm who are looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with Financial Services experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and wants to build a long-term career within financial planning support.
The Role
You will provide essential administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners, including:
- Processing new business across pensions, investments, and protection
- Preparing client review packs and supporting documentation
- Liaising with providers to obtain policy information and updates
- Managing client records and ensuring systems are kept accurate and up to date
- Supporting with Letters of Authority and general client servicing
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and compliance standards
About You
- Previous experience within Financial Services / Wealth Management (essential)
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to manage workload effectively in a busy environment
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
