Are you an organised and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator looking to join a growing wealth management firm in the heart of the City? This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive, collaborative team, working closely with Advisers and Paraplanners in a POD system to deliver an excellent client experience.
The Role:
Based near Bank, you’ll play a key role in supporting the advice process from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for managing new business, liaising with providers, and ensuring all client documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing new business across pensions, investments and business protection
- Preparing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with providers, platforms and internal teams
- Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners with day-to-day administration
- Managing client queries and providing a high level of service
- Ensuring all work is compliant and meets regulatory standards
To be considered for this IFA Administrator opportunity:
- Strong background experience within a Financial Planning / IFA administration role
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of bonds, trusts, pensions and investment products
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
