Client Service Specialist – Wealth Management
(Multiple team pathways, full training provided)
A leading UK wealth management firm is expanding its Client Service function and is looking for people who genuinely care about delivering an exceptional customer experience. About the Role
The Client Service department is made up of several specialist teams, each playing a key part in supporting clients throughout their journey:

Inbound Team – Responds to client queries via email and live chat.

Welcome Team – Proactively contacts new clients to support onboarding.

Engaged Team – Builds long?term relationships with existing clients.

Online Accounts Team – Handles general account queries and digital access support.
Personality fit matters. After completing training, individuals naturally align with the team that best suits their strengths and communication style.
Training & Development
The firm offers a structured 8?week training programme, rotating across all teams to build a strong foundation.

Training is office?based until sign?off.

You’ll be supported by five experienced inbound team leaders.

Once training is complete, you’ll join your allocated team full?time.

Pathways to Advice
For those interested in becoming a Financial Adviser, there is a clear development route:

Eligibility after 6–12 months in the business.

Access to the Adviser Academy, typically 3–6 months to complete.

Six exams in total, usually taken one every three months.

Study support provided, including dedicated self?study time.
What They’re Looking For

Customer service experience (any sector).

Wealth management experience is beneficial but not essential.

A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping clients.
